All transactions made on game17.in or through the Game17 mobile application are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Game17 does not support cancellation of transactions once confirmed by the user. Once a user joins a game or places a bet using their account balance, the transaction is deemed complete and irreversible.

3. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made only if there has been a clear technical error on our platform that resulted in an incorrect deduction or transaction. In such cases, the user must report the issue within 24 hours by contacting us at amestergaming@gmail.com. Each case will be evaluated individually, and decisions will be at the sole discretion of Amester Gaming LLP.
